•blue noise
-green noise and brown noise are soothing and light toned 🥰

How loud does it need to be for it to work?

I just wanted to thank you. I had been using white noise for about a week but green noise is just a bit calmer and kinder for my ears. I haven't gotten any ads yet and as someone who always wants to read or has to do homework but really struggles with focusing when the world is so loud, this videos saves me. It's like it's all I can really hear.

Turn up a little more. I got my sounds all the way up and it's not hypnotizing yet lol
