Why does this kinda scare me lol

I have a horrible low vibration tinnitus in my left ear since I got covid a year ago. I used to have a high pitched tinnitus in my right ear but this low vibration one overshadows it.

Pink, brown and green noise are the only things that help.

It is kinda scary that it sounds like endless tv static.

I hear water moving, my family usually takes camping trips to the river and I’m so used to hearing water moving. Maybe that’s why I love water so much

(edit I didn’t even realize that I can hear static when I move my electronic away from me)

I have really bad somatic breathing ocd at night and this has really helped me with it, thank you

Just found this sound. Constant smooth sound. Don’t like a variation in the sound .Love it.! Most use sound machines but I seem to do best with the sound coming thru my ear plugs. Closer to the ring to block it. Appreciate this very much. My tinnitus got much worse after covid. Use to desire ear plugs … no sound what so ever. I’ve had to change my going to sleep with sound now and it’s been hard . This is just gold to me. Thanks

What noise level should it be at while sleeping ????😴

I heard this (not this specific video but the sound) on an ad on TV and I immediately felt tired, I'm the kind of person that doesn't tire easily so yeah I'd say this works

With the green noise I actually could not think I ask myself what is 45+5 I cannot think of the answer. I love the green noise cause it just empty out my head.

What volume should I watch this at? I either put my phone under my pillow or wear headphones, please recommend a volume so I don’t damage my hearing. Thanks 🙏

I used this to sleep today and it works so well! I usually start to sleep in like 15 minutes but I only took me like 3 minutes with green noise😄

I was listening to this to go to sleep and I forgot to pause it so it’s been going for seven hours on my phone😭

Overall this sound is really rejuvenating but why it kind of sound like a over heating laptop 😂
