ОтветитьI agree with your assessment. Just yesterday I had a, "Murphyes Law day", one thing after another going wrong. However I found that with each problem, I found a way to "solve it" even though temporarily. For example: When I still in school, My pants button came off and my zipper opened. I didn't have my travel sewing kit but I did have some floral wire from the class before.
I cut the wire at an angle to a point and stuck the button back on until I got home.
I find that when you have a MacGyver mindset to fix things, you won't have bad days based on unforseen problems.

ОтветитьI have a graditude notebook and sometimes I even print out pictures from events or places or people I am grateful for.. When I take the time to really be creative and bring color to the book I feel already better. :) (I am not doing it every day because... Life but once a week or more)
