I’ve been a dj for a long time, was even djing my elementary school dances when I was in school. Sync was everything, until it wasn’t! Recently I went 10 toes down on getting back into the game. I noticed that djing with sync my transitions would be off even when I tried to fix them! Long story short, FUCK SYNC. Use it wisely for cool transitions but don’t cut corners. Ever since I started actually beat matching, I’ve enjoyed djing way more, & I’ve gotten way more creative. Not so monotone anymore! It’s because of your videos man! Took me literally 2 days to master something I didn’t trust myself to do. THANKS BRO!!
Ответить“Too lazy to move the tempo fader” wtf….. you’re garbage
ОтветитьDude blatantly bashes tracks on top of each other “a lot” but could care less because that’s how he proves he’s legit playing live… wow. No pride in your profession whatsoever. You’re certified wack.
ОтветитьMy Midi is greyed out on serato dj pro and I can't connect my controller, tried all the troubleshooting suggestions. Can you please help me I'm going insane 😢
ОтветитьI was listening to this video in the background and thought it was pretty sensible until it got to playing solely "what the crowd wants" when what most crowds want is limited to what they know, when what they know is filtered through the same mouth-breathing Walmart and payola-bribed chart positions and tossed at a moment's notice. I'm lucky to play for crowds that are generally open to new music and old music that's new to most people. But this hyper-optimized, algorithmically determined AI playlist zombie song selection process is just the next step after music became so devalued in the last couple of decades and the mainstream club music scene that's already fought over by others just creates a gentrified monoculture with no interest or even awareness of the music or culture they're paying more to be immersed in, in a shrinking number of venue options. I still play for the benefit of others more than my own enjoyment. I respect listeners too much to stop looking for music that's truly interesting or special or literally awe-some. If I had a cruise ship gig or something, yeah, your advice would apply, but why bother looking for music and supporting independent artists when I could just play the current chart-toppers and eventually have a music collection that's indistinguishable from the other "top DJs". I would steer clear of this type of DJ when booking guests at my own events and I'd question if they still have a soul.
ОтветитьAre the Street Fighter effects in that download?
ОтветитьCool
