2024-10-16 - CLCA Board Meeting October

Join your neighbors for the October 2024 CLCA Board Meeting. This audio-only recording is being provided in the absence of video recordings that were previously and proactively provided by the BOD from 2019 to 2021 in order to ensure maximum transparency in all Chandlers Landing BOD operations.

Held on Wednesday night, October 16, 2024, this first board meeting with newly seated 2024-25 CLCA directors covered the TYC roof, HVAC, and deck repairs, tennis court maintenance, the formation of a CLCA member project participation program and a DIY committee, a new schedule for board meetings, and social media/TownSq concerns.

After adjournment of the board meeting, there was a presentation by executives from NOVOS Fiber (internet) overviewing high-speed fiber internet services possibly being brought to Chandlers Landing. This part of the conversation started at 1:04:50 and ended at 1:52:50. Following the NOVOS presentation, the BOD then entertained an Owners Forum where a number of questions and comments were raised.
