What mistakes or oversights did you make when getting into GPU Mining? We all have them!
ОтветитьEnjoyed most all your vids.
Where can I buy HP 1200W Server Power Supply? & how much should i pay ? Model # would help..
Great vid explaining! if my kWh was cheaper i would be cheering!
ОтветитьShould I get a 1080 for 400 or a 1080 ti for 430
what you guys think ?
Lucky you with 0.1$ electricity!. We pay here in Spain around 0.18Eur (0.21$) 🤬🤬🤬
ОтветитьIm using zotac 1660ti and im having different hashrate with one being 31 and the other around 25 after overclocking them. The 25 is using a lot more power and higher temp than the other. Can you tell me how do i fix it. Thank you
ОтветитьZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ!!! Watch your fingers.
Ответить@Hobbyist Miner - thanks for making this! I was literally updating my excel spreadsheet to calculate my new rig expenses and you posted this video! Haha 🤣
ОтветитьQuestion for you/next video idea(s): Are you running this as an LLC? If so, how are you handling costs, depreciation, fees, what about if someone was buying non retail, etc. If you have insights or a good resource that would be awesome!
ОтветитьI worked out how many watts my rigs pull on RVN and then pay that at the end of each month(ca300 euros), even if I put 1 or 2 rigs on eth or ergo.
Ответитьthis is a great video to answer a lot of questions floating around the community right now
ОтветитьVery helpful video thanks!
ОтветитьI bought a 1200w server psu with the break out board and cables… total system load was around only 500w. Only after 5 mins it went BANG. Luckily no graphics cards were damaged but and it was the server power supply that blown. It’s under warranty thankfully but what could have caused this? Any suggestions?
ОтветитьPersonally, I would also calculate the ROI time when the current profit is -30% to see whether I can take it. This accounts potentially for the difficulty rising and the markets can go bear in days, so it is better to consider and prepare for some worst scenarios.
ОтветитьYou mentioned using the pool mining rate (which was around 164MH/S) but then in the example still used to the card mining rate of ~22MH/S .. so to get your true cost shouldn't you have used the 164MH/S? Great video though!
ОтветитьFor me when the winter comes, raven is a must choice to warm room temperature, in a summer time, ETC is a must choice.
Ответитьkid in moms basement:
lol wat electricity cost
plus mining rewards 4x every payout because he also flips nft’s
I wish I had $0.11 per Kwh, we have the power company fee and supplier fee which comes out to be $0.25 per Kwh :(
ОтветитьYesterday i just make my first rig with 2 3060Ti LHR from Gigabyte with samsung memory , i mine RVN 29-30MH with 151w per card ,and ~330 at the wall. I hope i can buy more in the future , Hello from Romania with 0.1$ electricity
ОтветитьIf you want to find real profit, would need to factor in hardware depreciation as well. I'd use 25% PA minimum, but 33% PA is probably more realistic.
ОтветитьGood stuff! 🙌🏻👏🏻💯
Ответитьas well as electricity costs, there's also exchange fees. I just started a couple of weeks ago and trying to figure out the most cost effective way to withdraw RVN and ERGO to a GBP bank account ( topic for another video ? )
Ответитьlol.... unless you dont pay anything for power... then its much better..
ОтветитьUptime is my big fault. Set it and forget it at some point. Just learned it's all about what the pool says is another lesson I just learned. Certain pools are better than others for me.
ОтветитьCan you do a video on how to mine ETH and rvn on one rig with multiple GPU s
ОтветитьLike first, watch second 👍
Ответитьnice.
