There is one wrong information in the vídeo. Nirodha Sammaphati. Is the complete cessation of consciousness itself for an intended period of time. Only someone wich is at least an Anagami is capable of entering this state of suspended animation according to the Pali Cannon.

What Happens When You Stop Thinking? Buddhism's Answer
~~~ "Zen is anything done thoughtlessly!" - Bodhidharma
When you stop thinking, or do not believe (just observe) thoughts, there can be no illusion/delusion.
Dear Sir,
want to share something after returning from stillness state.
First awareness comes, and forehead looks like Sky with stars or moon. Sometimes, a vision has never been seen before. This remains for 3 sec or so, and there after, again, thoughts started coming back. It's normal? Please help 🙏
I reached the observer state after I had a complete break down. I started meditating every day and eventually things shifted from me being my thoughts to me observing my thoughts. I am a different person today and I was a big mess five years ago. My entire life was full of chronic anxiety and now I’m just here existing and it’s beautiful!
Absolutely Astonishing!!! Absolutely Breathing!!! I've finally found the missing puzzle which I have been searching for the past 35-years of wondering endlessly. And the quest stop HERE...!!! Most probably this could be the holy grail which could literally ends the STRUGGLE > that constant struggle and endless struggle that leads to Suffering.
Ответить
@lowyoukeng9842
@lowyoukeng9842 - 31.03.2025 15:41
This is my latest discovery - Life is not a Suffering. And therefore the Sankrit word DUKKHA when translates to English is not Suffering; but rather accurately translates as STRUGGLE instead. And it's this constant struggle, endlessly struggle > struggle that is out of ignorance and knowledge and guidance that causes this (mental/emotional) Suffering. This narrative helps me to resolve my 35-years of endlessly searching; and with a spark-of-ignition lights up my darkness and transcends me to the next dimension. So, Thank You for saving my Life.
During a silent retreat, I noticed how noisy my thoughts had always been. But as I sat quietly, the mental chatter softened. I felt a deep stillness and clarity I’d never known before—like seeing life with fresh eyes. It wasn’t emptiness; it was peaceful presence.
After stop thinking, The spirit automatically start thinking itself. Don’t try to stop the thinking just let it know that is key point , and after that the more you aware the more thought will stop ,on the other hand the more you stop awareness the more your thought will raise.
I got this experience after a lot meditation.
While the brain never truly stops functioning, it's possible to quiet the conscious mind through practices like meditation, leading to a sense of calm and well-being. This state, often referred to as "no-thought" or "blank state of mind," can provide temporary and long-term cognitive benefits.
You can stop thinking. I have. However it isn't permanent it is established, which is a great blessing.That way you have both the mostly quieted mind and also have the freedom to think of the past or the future. Other than those occasional thoughts is the bliss of truly living in the moment thoughtless then you are open to receiving divine insight and guidance in the moment now. I call it instant answers in the moment beyond thought, it is impulses and actions without thought. I have been living in the paradise state of Pure Divine Awareness in the Moment Now Beyond Thought. It is the best experience in my life and I wouldn't give it up for 1 million dollars. I know the exact process and it only takes 1 hour for an instant permanent change to Living Beyond Thought in the Moment Now. 1 in a million or maybe 1 in 10 million live in the moment and this process does that and I found it and helped others do that in 1 hour. You transform from being a human living with mostly thoughts to in 1 hour living with mostly no thoughts. It is paradise for me and has many human and divine benefits.
🌺✨ I stumbled upon this video late at night when my mind was restless and my heart was heavy. I wasn’t searching for anything... but somehow, this found me. 🙏🌙
As I listened to your words, I was reminded of what I had forgotten in the noise of daily life: peace isn’t something we chase — it’s something we remember. 💭💡
I once spent years overthinking, constantly reacting to everything around me. But your reminder, like Buddha’s wisdom — “Talk less, think less” — hit me deep. That moment, I paused. I breathed. I returned to now. 🍃🧘‍♀
Your content doesn’t just speak — it guides. It brought me back to the present and helped me feel safe within myself again. That’s a rare gift. 🎁💖
From one soul to another, thank you for helping me come home to my own awareness. May your light continue to reach others in moments they least expect, but need it most. 🌟🌼
Existing in the illusions of 'thought' (ego/duality) is 'time' and 'space/dimensions' and 'motion' and 'things'...
Words are products of such thought, so if you want to know what lies beyond thought, you have to experience it to know!
