Olive oil on flour
7g yeast 325ml warm water
Knead for 10 mins
Cover in brown for 40 mins
Put in tray cover in olive oil and make holes
Thyme with oil so it transmits into the oil
200 20-25m oven
Apart from the shape & the fillings, is this a normal bread recipe?
