ОтветитьI’ve tried to adjust my stance wider/smaller arms out over should or closer but I can’t seem to keep my back from arching I’m 6’1 not sure if height is an issue or low developed back I row and do lots of Romanian deadlifts but the standard lift is what I can’t seem to figure out

ОтветитьThis is a good explanation, but honestly I needed to see the movement slower to get it, not tons of times.
ОтветитьIt's a shame every gym doesn't have a trainer who will teach members basic moves for free. I don't want and can't afford a trainer but I could definitely use someone to spot me for a few sessions until I have the form down. I'm too used to pin machines and while I'm pretty sure I'm either there or getting close both this and the bench press I can't be sure if I'm hitting all the key forms. This is even harder since there isn't much to keep you in a position it's easier to unintentionally move your chest or shoulders certain ways. Are you supposed to keep your chest pushed out the whole time? And if so how do you stay that way when reaching down??
