This brought back so many wonderful memories. Thank you!
This is stupidly gorgeous. I wonder if some people realize how lucky they are to live in such areas.
What a chance to be able to watch your video of these beautiful Italian old cities! Totally inspired I am! I feel like these very old cities are more "human" compared to our modern ones....Anyway! Great video as usual. Thanks!
Ответитьche spettacolo Orvieto. Il borgo più bello del mondo
La mia Orvieto. troppo bella.
So great!
I'm struggling to decide what is the best situation: with or without that horde of tourists.
Certainly, to the city people it is a tragedy. We can see they don't have another source of incoming.
For us, it a blessing to watch. Beauty, beauty everywhere.
And I'm neither talking about the food...
But the better situation it is when everybody wins. So, if there is some god in the firmament, here on Earth this plague has to end. The sun will look more beautiful.
Hold tight, Italy.
Fascinating city and catedral. Bella Italia.
Amazing walking tour! ✨
I'm proud of living in this fantastic city since when I was a child, I love Orvieto
The elevator in the tower only ascends a few floors; maybe 4. You must continue up the stairs to reach the top, which is the greater part of the ascent.
Ответить🌹🌹🌷🌷👍 very beautiful city
The underground tour across from duomo is fascinating. The best authentic neopolitano pizza is by Piazza Pipolo where farmers market sets up shop. I like small town Orvieto. Thanks again 🤗
I studied here in Orvieto for a few months back in 2013. Boy do I miss it.
Oi tudo de bom pra você! Te agradeço por mais um vídeo incrível!!
Ответитьalmost as good as being there ('almost') Thanks for the great tours of wonderful Italian cities
Que passeio incrível!! Tanta história!! Obrigada!!
Thank you very much. An excellant digital trip.
Bellísima città
Wow! Just finished watching this...I’m so sorry we missed going to Orvieto on our last trip to Italy. What a wonderful little town! And how on earth did they dig St. Patrick’s well?? Incredible! Can’t wait to see where I’m going tomorrow!☺️
Hi thanks for this video, this looks like a lovely town, what other towns in Italy do you think compare well with Orvieto?
I cant even...
I visited Orvieto several years ago with a pilgrimage group. Unfortunately, we were only there for the afternoon en route to the equally stunning Assisi. I watched this video the other day and I felt completely immersed in it as if I was there. Grazie mille Mr Prowalk Tours for this walk. You showed how much I didn't get to see and how much bigger Orvieto actually is. Same with your brilliant Perugia video.
MY DREAM LAND ITALY.
I appreciate that you never add a background music to your videos. That's very soothing.
If somebody wants to watch this with some music, they can just play their own while still enjoying the random noise of the city, the people, footsteps etc.
Professionally made film, a pleasure.CongrTULATIONS:
But the decisive attraction in the Duomo of Orvieto you have overlooked - it is also well hidden: Dante's Inferno....
Que cidade linda!!!
How can you make videos always when it's sunny! Where does all your luck come from!!
I really enjoyed my very short visit to Orvieto. This Prowalk allowed me to revisit some of the things I saw, and discover many of the things I missed. Thanks!
Sounds like a lot of bugs
Hello, this is a Korean TV program <Europe outside the tent>. We would like to use some of this video in our program. Please let me know in the comments if it's available or not.
Magnificent cathedral great interior painting on the walls and ceiling walls.
Its not mentioned, but this last well was dug under the order of one of the popes when Rome was under siege. They needed water. so pope orders the well dug. The well is 125 feet deep. At about 90 feet down!!!!! they ran into an Etruson tomb. There was no visible entrance to this tomb. Now if we think of age!!! how long does it take for stone to bind with another stone as one!??????????????????????/ this takes millions and millions of years.
These charming European cities, which seem to be suspended in another time, contrast with the brilliant production and quality of your videos.
They are all perfect, I am grateful that you share them.
Greetings from Argentina!
I lived in Orvieto for a whole year for my first real job and I have wonderful memories. You have captured the true spirit of this beautiful village with this walk
Just like my grandma described it. It's beautiful in a way. But whrn you think of all those cramped houses, this is just a big ghetto. But to a th ourest, this eould be " charming".
Hands down, Orvieto is my favorite place in all of Italy. There’s so much history (Etruscan, Roman, Middle Ages, Renaissance, etc. plus being the place where the pope would hide when Rome became too dangerous for him to stay there) to explore, the scenery is glorious and the food is to die for. Add to that the fact that the townspeople are extremely friendly and so helpful, and it’s a real bit of heaven conveniently placed between Rome and Florence that has a great train system that makes day trips to those cities plus Perugia and Assisi easy to do. Thanks for this video. It’s the next best thing to actually being there in person!
Good tour! Thanks.😊
