It's very funny to read comments about the fight in the shopping center. There Hawk dominated and then pushed Robby, and then (for the script) accelerates for an incomprehensible punch like an anime character, Robbie took advantage of this and simply hit the open Hawk. Does such a victory mean that his skills in that battle were better? LoL. There is a fight between Miguel and Robbie from season 5 - it is clear that Miguel was stronger and dominated, and there is such a strange scene in the shopping center that has no objectivity, the character just decided to speed up and jump for fun xD

The Ref was payed off by silver but the fight was so intense he wasnt being biased he genuinely wanted to see who the better fighter was so his judging skills were fair

did you notice? the moral of the story of cobra kai is that if you strike first you will always lose. for example in first season hawk struck first and he got disqualified after that robby struck first and lose against miguel in season 2 miguel struck first and lose almost died if you take a look on every fight in cobra kai you will notice that whoever struck first always came out as a loser

I don't know why the writers hate robby everything bad happens to him they even make him lose in all the tournaments

This is really a great switch-a-roo from Season 1 wherein they fought in the semi finals but now they are in the finals.

Many of us expected a rematch of Miguel and Robby but this time it's Eli and Robby.

In my opinion in Season 1, Eli is always Cobra Kai's number 2 student so I feel like the rival switch was not that amazing. But Season 4 made me love Eli's character development when he returned being Eli and found balance. That's why he is Miyagi-Do's top contender to be champion because he's someone that's actually close to Miguel's level.

He literally had to use Cobra Kai against him to beat him. No offense and I love Miyagi-Do but it wasn’t gonna do nothing for him at this point at least physically 😂. Miyagi-Do gives the passion while Cobra Kai gives the power.
Eli gets all my respect, out of all the students who knew both styles he combined them the best.

At first I thought hawk was the better fighter but now watching this again, they are definitely equal

Tbh Robby was so cocky at this fight..if he had focused more and did defense too than he would had won this fight..he focused on offense mostly in this season and in this fight..if he had balanced them he would had won this..
