I love this, what would make you consider speech therapy for such a small toddler?

Is there anyway to find a speech therapist myself? My son is 18 months and doesn’t say any actual words and his doctor wants to wait until he’s 20months to see if he needs speech therapy and I just feel it’s necessary now 😩🥺 I really enjoyed watching this!
