I did receipt but my butter make it lump ln it like i can taste thr grain butter in the mixture is that okay i wonder if because it melt it and it was little bit warm

I have never been able to repilicate puddings like my granny n my mom would. This is exactly what they did...so THANK YOU! for keeping our culture alive. I am gonna bake them for my son n mail it off to him. My son moved from Connecticut to Maine & he misses my cooking & baking.
