Avoiding triggers for binging is popular advice. So for example, if chocolate is your trigger, then the advice would be to not have it near you.

There could be many binge triggers, including sweet and savory foods...So all the things that could give you cravings.

In this video I talk about why avoiding these craving triggers doesn't help at all, and what to do instead.
