Don’t like the front doors on these homes. They should look grand and the roof line should hang over about 24”, so the rain doesn’t hit the windows.

How does the garage work? You park your car up on the house instead of a concrete slab? That doesn't seem right

This would be great for my property in Little Rock. I own three lots, this would work in that neighborhood because I didn't want to build anything super expensive.

I think finally someone thinking outside the box for family's with seniors and people with disability can be safe at home or care takers loving this one

They're like 2 apartments. I could see a young adult kid "moving out" into the empty apartment or a young new couple might live on the other side to be closer to grandparents when the first baby comes. Cute.

I love this idea for my guest to have their own place! Also, we here in Florida need the garage for all our outdoor toys and sun protection for our cars. Most people are saying the units are too small, but I love the size and would love it even more if I could get two (1) bedroom units. I'm going to do more research and cross my fingers they have them in Florida!

I'm stunned ! This layout has sooo many ways it can be used. But, I have NEVER seen a garage in a mobile home !! How would you pull into it considering mobile homes are up off the ground ??

For an extended family, you might put a door in the adjoining garages to make it easier to ck on parents or special needs family members.

With all the baby boomers getting older, I can see the need for a home like this becoming more and popular.

I like the 1 br side. Maybe they could do a duplex with both sides like the1 br. My daughter and I might be interested in something like that. The 2 br just seemed too cramped though.
