Since I earned my BA degree in History at Goucher College of Baltimore Maryland on May 20th 2016, I have been daily saving lives from car accidents through QA AI and computer machine learning technology at the Har Hotzvim Jerusalem Israel high tech startup Mobileye Intel. I have been working at Mobileye for the last six plus straight years. On June 18th 2023, I got hit by a huge tall tour bus in the area of Mobileyes main new campus facility. I only suffered a broken left collarbone. I survived accident almost 6 months ago. During my entire recovery process in Jerusalem, I retaught myself what real perseverance truly entails. I persevered and overcame when all of my haters critics and doubters thought I could not do anything. Perseverance and resilience is the key to greatness excellence success victory and redemption. Hollywood here I come. Never give up. Never ever give up.

This was very helpful. I am new to real estate, but not new to sales. Regardless, I found myself not being confident because of not knowing everything. I just needed this kick in the shorts! On another note. The view from your window's are absolutely beautiful. The ocean and kite surfers! Love it!

You answer questions I have on my mind, give me examples to act with confidence. Love your scenarios and role play. I did not know what to expect or do once I got licensed. My sponsor doesn't train, no step by step or process, only on boarding email. She answers the phone (almost always) when I need help and stays on with me until I complete what I need help with. I have asked several times for scripts, checklists, scenarios, so that I can prepare for when I'm on the phone with rent/buy clients. She always answeres "they don't work, every client is different, just call me'. While I like her and accept her answer, I felt not confident on the phone/in person with clients until i began watching many of your videos. Thank you, Jackie, you have given me great notes and examples. I will keep watching to continue learning and growing.

I loved this so much! I got my NJ license in 2019 but haven't yet pursued it, but this summer I decided to make the career switch once and for all after I bought my first property myself/represented myself as the buyer. You explained exactly how I felt once I realized that I could do this. I must act with confidence, knowledge, and professionalism to win the client. I know that I am good at that, and I feel a little more prepared to start prospecting sellers! For a long time I was afraid, but now I'm realizing that real estate is literally the perfect career for me as an individual.

Always assume the SALE! Motivated Sellers are looking for knowledgeable , professional , confident and aggressive agent ! Act as if you are walking out with the signed listing ! You already have them at a YES , you change that yes if you don’t show up as the best decision the sellers can make . Show up with enthusiasm
