Whenever you log out too many times then you have to wait up to 5 hours or more especially when you change your password it logs you out but you can't log back in for 5 hours I know this because I changed my password and I had to wait 5 hours don't try a lot of times because it adds time on the more times you try to log in the more time you can't log in Instagram wants you to stay logged in and not log out I didn't know this until it wouldn't let me back in my account for 5 hours

I tired everything still doesn’t work, now I tried my phone number and instead of saying error it says couldn’t connect to Instagram check your internet connection but my internet connection is fine please help

I’ve tried this but when I try and type in my phone number it just say error I even changed password on my other phone and tried logging in my new phone but it shows log in to iCloud Keychain and still saying error after typing in my password idk what to do.

Since last night i logged out of my Instagram and couldn’t log in anymore, i changed password so many times, received so many log in links, also recovery codes, turned off and on my phone, deleted the app and reinstalled it, checked the update, none of them worked out.
