ОтветитьI needed this after slightly wrenching my low back this afternoon. Couldn't do the bridges, but just stood up and sat back down instead. Plus, cold packs alternating with hot packs before doing the video. Really helpful - thank you! Have a good week ahead! 🌟👏🫶

ОтветитьI’m going to start these excercises straight away I’m in so much pain at back of hip to knee I’m 77years old and an mri scan has shown a narrowing of my spinal cord causing an impingement so fingers crossed 😊

ОтветитьI did the exercises for the second time & got worse afterwards. ( I have Stenosis L4.L5.S1) SO, definately won't do again. I really like your workouts in spite of dealing with stage 4 OsteoArthritis of the hips & double hip replacements indicated.( I had an accident 5yrs.ago)

ОтветитьThank you. For 5 days I could barely walk due to most likely the priformis muscle. I havent been able to sleep. I have been searchibg and doing all these exercises that werent workingz The worst was they had to be done on the floor. Getting off the floor was excruciating. Then I found your chair exercises. I did them this morning first time. Pain gone almost completely. I have done them twice today so far and I can walk and sit and get up without screaming . Thank you. I have this problem about twice a year for the last four years. I will continue to do these. Excited that you added the strength ones too. I even tried actually PT tgru my insurance and it made things worse. Thank you so much
