OMGoddess! I came across this meditation after typing "gratitude meditation" on the search box. Among numerous others, my heart selected this one, and to my amazement it was exactly in alignment to my current life's circumstances: long story short, I'm resolving an illness and at the same time leaving a company I've worked for for 19 years to start a new better position at another company. I'm healed in so many aspects and I'm so greatful for the journey, even for the hardest parts of it!
