39. Difference between the main and the master branch in the Github Repository - GIT.

Tl;Dr master was the default branch until some woke snowflakes got triggered and curled up into fetal balls like the spineless nematodes they are, claiming it evoked slavery and 'muh white supremacy'. All the web based git services knuckled under and came up with 'main' as a substitute. Cowards. I'm waiting for the "calling it 'main' marginalizes the other branches" movement.

Hi Leela! when I create new repository on Github and then type "git clone <SSH_URL>" my default branch is "main" and nor Master as you show in this video. Why is that?

Git corporation officially changed master branch to MAIN.
