I Never See the Staple of my New Jersey Childhood. . The IWA. Roosevelt stadium Mil Mascaras Bulldog Brower Mighty Igor Ivan Koloff Ernie Ladd The Mongols so many more. Saturday night at midnight we had sleep overs to watch till one night. .WWWF. Had to be 1979ish.

You forget to mention that a lot of the TNT style stuff, the interviews, the behind the scenes stuff from the characters' lives, was already a mainstay at World Class Championship Wrestling, who pretty much 'invented' the modern way of doing things.

Hogan was my favorite as a kid, but Roddy Piper was a close second. Now as an adult, I think top 5; Roddy Piper, Macho Man, Jim Duggan, Bobby Heenan, The Bushwackers

Awesome series. it really was the golden age, I don't think those that don't remember it will understand how people were invested in the characters that were larger than life. Wins and losses at the PPV events mattered to people. Who had the belts mattered. Glory days indeed 🎉
