As a huge fan of the Lord of the Rings movies, I found the Hobbits to be adorable - plus Pippin and Merry are hillarious.

How is it they nailed the lotr trilogy with such amazing casting, designs, music and special effects and yet failed to do so for a small story such as The Hobbit? -_-

It's pretty amazing, it's like both friend duos start out more like acquaintances than actual friends and by the end of the trilogy they are brothers for life
