ОтветитьI have osteoarthritis in both knees and this workout keeps my heart rate up without enduring pain. It's been hit and miss with many videos I've tried, this is perfect.
ОтветитьLoved this! It worked for having a disc that slips in my back as well as bad knees, except when she does the crawling forward on the mat, and touching her toes ski movement. Otherwise she could label it as back friendly as well! (I’m not supposed to bend over).

ОтветитьGot heated enough during this workout that my breath started fogging in the air (outside door open + raining outside), so that's a testament to how sweaty this one is! I came to this workout after getting upset at how much I was struggling to keep up my coordination with someone else's video (I might as well have three left feet) and this one made me feel really good about being able to keep up without tipping myself over!

ОтветитьI had a knee injury several months back and was scared of working out. I tried this workout and it was a great challenge and I know with some consistency I will be able to do it smoothly. I didn't have any trouble with my knees so I'm happy to say it's a great start thanks for this challenge I loved it and my fear is gone.

You helped me to manage my workouts at home and being mum of 2 the same time. Now, when I’m struggling with my knees issues and waiting for arthro I found you amazing knee safe workouts which are also challenging and effective for advanced like me. I see a lot of them so all will be in my routine during incoming 4 weeks or so. Thank you again for designing workouts which can be done by everyone despite of the condition, health or advancement ❤ ❤❤
