Hey Rashmi one question. Would you advise deep breathing or belly breathing for someone to calm down when he is standing or sitting in an uncomfortable position? Or deep/belly breathing should be practiced only when sitting with the back straight?

ОтветитьI live in France and am attending Yoga class with a French Yoga instructor. There she teaches s posture is upside down the head against wall. I don't enjoy this pose and wonder what's the benefits from doing it, which I found rather risky.
