Who is going to pay the prices of these facilities? Catering only to the rich? Miami is an ethnically diverse place with a lot of poor people. Are you driving these people out? Looks like it

Why would downtown need this l. They already have a bunch of this in downtown. Why wouldn’t they want to build this somewhere it’s needed? This is dumb you have bayside, Miami arena, plenty of high rise condos, it already has a bunch of shopping with the civic center. This is so unneeded here

We don’t need a world center in Miami. These same New Yorkers that are coming here are the ones that collapsed NY. We don’t want them nor do we need them.

All the big money investors came down from New York City and completely changed the landscape of Miami turning it into a modern day Manhattan add inflation to the mix and those same condos that were 500k or less are now well over a million and rising smh

Hudson Yards has been an absolute failure and waste of money here in New York. A cautionary tale. Take care of your present residents before you attempt to lure wealthier transplants

I stayed at CitizenM Worldcenter last week. It's a nice capsule-style hotel, but with larger rooms than most capsule hotels. Very cozy and comfortable. I was curious what "Worldcenter" was, and this video was served up to satisfy my curiosity.

The idea that all of that is going to happen is mind-boggling because it's already over developed I'm guessing living on the 60th floor when the next hurricane comes through I don't have to worry about it right? The infrastructure in Fort Lauderdale, where I live is horrible I'm assuming Miami's infrastructure is going to be improved dramatically because they already have massive issues with flooding in the streets when it rains. I know one complex that was going up next to a client's condo was so flooded during construction they didn't know if it was going to be able to be fixed they're on the bay. $3,000 a month for a studio apartment is absolutely outrageous Who can afford to live there You even said in your discription ouch give me a break It sounds great on paper but I don't know how it's going to be pulled off with out some hiccups Just saying you know saying.

I can tell you most of these projects. Were in the works since 2008 as someone who worked in the industry. Sadly in 2008 i had to leave priced out. And market crash. If you didnt own a home by then it was tough. As most homes are 500k now even in lower income areas. But what was said in developrs was they wanted miami to be for rich condos apts. If you walked through the steets of nyc on every corner were banners of building advertising for miami. Now if they really want to invest they might want to start building in Hialeah lol. As it's the highest elevation in the area. Lol.

They should raise land level to avoid flooding. raised land level should be a standard process when demolishing and re building as part of process as legal requirements for coastal and in land cities for a safe guard system for the future. It should be a crime to build on below sea level all around the world based on in land building engineering and construction for residential, commercial and industrial. And as well iI think re sourcing recycle building materials from demolished old town and village and landscaping and moving people into the city should be a priority to integrate people into 21 century living every body should live in a city especially children growing up.

People really need to do thier research on Miami. Everything it's advertised to be is a lie. Miami natives are suffering and forced out while the elite rich from 3rd world foreign countries are taking over the metro area through money laundering fraud and drugs by pushing out anyone that can't pay 3 grand a month and up in rent while making $8-12an hour!!! Its tought to survive on even $50 an hour there today unless your a drug dealer or con artist!!! That's the truth about Miami!!!!!
