I’ve long lost the interests in playing side scrolling games, especially colorful and cute games like this. But after trying out this one, this song sparked something in my soul, once again.
Also, Shantae is fine af. 10/10 WILL bang.

Say what you will about the game's difficulty compared to other titles in the series -- HGH's soundtrack was absolutely GOATed. I don't think a single track in this game misses.

If they can make Cuphead into a series on Netflix. Then surely they can make THIS into a series too- (Yes. I know Cuphead's style is inspired by old 80's cartoons, and I think that alone gave it a more likely choice to be made into a series. But still.)

1/2 Genie Hero has such a good soundtrack! It even has a track in Smash Bros!

Man, I need to get 1/2 Genie Hero, i only played Pirate's Curse and the Game Boy game.

Shantae may not have been added to Smash Ultimate in the way we wanted, but Sakarai and the devs thought that she was important enough to have some of her iconic music (Burning Town) and give her a Mii Costume.

If anything, I'm happy that she got rep in that game at all.

A dlc character trailer for Shantae: Link and Zelda are in the middle of the desert fighting Ganondorf(in his beast form). But they’re both losing the battle cause Ganon is too powerful for them, when they both think all hope is lost for them they accept their defeats. Until suddenly out of nowhere a spinning circle of Scimitars dart into Ganon’s face and knock him down. Link and Zelda look behind them and what they see before their very eyes is a silhouette of a woman with a long pony. When the sunlight shines down on her(with this song playing in background)it is none other than Shantae belly dances through danger. Link and Zelda smile widely and the three of them team up to defeat ganon.

Also, there's still a few Smash DLC fighters yet to be revealed, so I'm having my fingers crossed that Shantae makes it in!
