Longtime college coach Ray Bechard goes over the three key aspects of passing technique: Posture, pursuit and platform. It's important to practice each aspect individually and then combine all three to simulate real-game situations and scenarios.
Posture: Bent knees, shoulders over the knees, right foot slightly ahead of the left. Enables quick lateral and forward and back motions.
Pursuit: The ability to pursue a ball in different directions, which relies on a low and ready posture that enables movement in different directons.
Platform: Thumbs are parallel to create a flat platform for the ball.
