WOW, they are really scraping the bottom of the barrel here. Who the fuck wants to watch a bunch of midgets ride horses? I would laugh my ass off if these little assholes got thrown off of the horse and got trampled, serves them right. Not every animal on earth needs to be exploited by human beings, but they are. I wonder what these horses would think about living their lives for themselves, not for their trainers paycheck. Oh wait, anything not human cannot think, isn't that right? fuck.

Horse riding is a really hard sport. You use almost every muscle in your body and it takes years for jockeys to train. Try riding around in a saddle like that all day with NO stirrups? It's pretty hard, eh? Just because we use a horse doesn't mean it's not a sport. In basketball we have other people on our team, does that mean basketball isn't a sport? and i'm not a big fan of horse racing or anything but you're saying that riding horses isn't a sport.

lol athletes. midgets in stirrups. if it were legal they would have 4 year olds strapped to these drugged horses. Its a terrible 'sport'. Las Vegas is grateful though.

gallopingert is not wrong it takes a lot of hard dediction and training for you and your horse to become stars. Have you ever ridden a saddleseat showhorse or ever ridden an saddlebred idiot?

It does take alot of muscle to do the jockey position, because not only are you just standing there, your going a little over 40 and you can't just be still, you have to move, or it makes your horse a little slower.

@NatashaKayci This is so true. Jockey's are true athletes and any form of horseback riding is a sport. I have enough trouble riding in a half seat for hunter/jumper and im only cantering.

@danmunn1987 yes i know, 15 times champion jump jockey, and actually he got his first winner on the flat in 1994 when steering legal steps to victory at thurles
