Just made the salty bird. 22.5ml is a lot of Campari to balance against the other ingredients. I think I like the jungle bird more. But, I might try adding the salt to it. Might try the salt bird again with my pineapple rum!

I’ve made the daiquiri 3 times now. The lime is overpowering! I cut back on that & used some ginger syrup. It’s better but still needs some improvement. I’ll let you know what I settle on & you can try it. If something is perfected we’ll have to name it! My taste buds are pretty developed after 64 years on this blue globe 🌎

I love your videos. It saddens me that I am somehow allergic to Rum. Could you possibly make rum cocktails that can be substitutes with other spirits? No one tackles substitutions in cocktails!

Thanks for the suggestions. At home I most often make the Mojito, since my mom isn't too much into cocktails but she does love Mojito. And it's always a hit, with friends and other family members joining in. I'm curious about the Mai Tai, and the Salty Bird looks intriguing as well. Will try those two out soon.
