Incredible video mate! Been looking for a Fowler video to learn more about him and my god did I find one! Thank you :)
Ответитьwhat a legend
ОтветитьMet him once in the wembley Hilton, my dad also worked with his uncle, so he took him to see Fowler one night he gave my dad loads of his trackies and stuff.
ОтветитьThe best finisher I have ever seen.
ОтветитьAnother great video
ОтветитьLiverpool in the 90's were a massive what if. Fowler was a phenom in his first three seasons and looked like he was going to be one of the worlds best but suffered with injuries. Owen looked like he was going to be one of the best players ever when he was younger but snapped his hamstring at 19 and had to settle for just being a great player. Jamie Rednkapp looked like he was going to be a great player but injuries got him. Rob Jones had to retire young due to injuries. Imagine say a 2000-2001 Liverpool side consisting of an injury free Jones, Redknapp, Fowler and Owen with Steven Gerrard and what the hell lets throw Steve McManaman in there too 🤯
ОтветитьI like your channel, pal. Keep it up.
ОтветитьWell researched and presented as usual.
ОтветитьI feel for Le sux. Because he wasn't a G word.
ОтветитьEngland should've taken Fowler to Euro 2004 & 2006 World Cup. Ironic to say this but Michael Owen's injury should've necessitated Fowler's inclusion as a back-up fox in the box striker, considering we were still playing 4-4-2
ОтветитьMy favourite player to this day AMAZING
ОтветитьFowler was an amazing footballer and has grown into a great interviewer / podcaster.
Pity about the Le Saux torment, so unnecessary. Hope fowler regrets that
Flowler is more skillful than Owen. Don't you agree with that?
ОтветитьThat left foot 🙈😬😳😵👏👌
ОтветитьEverton goalkeeper causing a serious injury to a Liverpool player, what a shock🤣
ОтветитьIn his absolute prime he was a machine ... everything you could want in a striker.
Capable of long range rockets ... Brilliant at headers ... Master of crafty tap-ins ... Fast, strong, dynamic ... he had it all.
His only real downside, like most of the 90's Liverpool side, was a lack of focus during the long slog of a league season. And as the video mentioned, he had some AWFUL injuries ... I remember him vanishing regularly for months at a time.
It seems crazy that Liverpool went from Rush to Fowler to Owen - not sure any club in the world had a conveyor belt like that
ОтветитьGreat video but Liverpool was 1 nil down against arsenal not 1 nil up in league Cup final
ОтветитьHim, Raúl and Romario are most natural finishers I've seen. Fowler's biggest issue is that he was a genius trapped in an average body.
ОтветитьLove Fowler, that cruciate did for him though. Wasn't the same after that
ОтветитьJust imagine if he had decent nostrils 😉
ОтветитьMay not be the greatest player to play for Liverpool, but every true fan knows there's only one GOD
