OMG this looks absolutely amazing. I have a question. I am a n00b as far as icing a cake, let alone designs like even simple flourettes similar to what you did in this video. But I get by lol. My question is, how did you get those shapes for each of the flourettes? The top and bottom look identical, but you went really fast! I get the feeling your video is designed for intermediates, and not beginners like me, hence why you really glossed over the decorating parts. But it looks like you were starting each small flourette at cake level, then moving a drop upward as you went from left to right, and continued with each of the small flourettes. Is this true? Is there some other tip you can give a n00b for your technique here? Thanks, and again, awesome vid!
