How are these lights different than a reptile basking light? Why does someone need to spend $700+ for a light? Reptile basking lights are red and give off infrared lighting too. Red light is always in the same range of wavelength because it’s red, right?

Get a quartz radiant heater it puts off the red light and warmth it will warm you to your bone. This is the best way to get the red light in my opinion

I think getting 10 minutes of sunlight a day would be way more beneficial.
