Don't use your inherited or any precious knife when splitting logs.
ОтветитьThank you for sharing your tips! ❤
ОтветитьGreat video! Thank you
ОтветитьThank you so much for this fantastic video!
ОтветитьHonestly, this is useful. Me and my friend are planning on just leaving life after highschool. We're going to walk to North Carolina which is quite the distance. After that we're kinda just gonna go West with no real destination. Probably going to be just traveling for a few years.
ОтветитьWe need a Texas version of this. It’s impossible to do nearly any of these techniques with Live Oak. Maybe Juniper, which is also abundant, but oak is impenetrable
ОтветитьGreat video, just got some new skills !
ОтветитьGood stuff. Some things I didn't know before that I do now! Thanks :)
ОтветитьWhat's knife name using in video, please😊
Ответитьwhere can i buy this knife
ОтветитьWhat is the name of that knife?
ОтветитьA bit safer option for using the back of the knife with a piece of stone to strike sparks is to anchor the tip (say in a flat section of log) and strike DOWN the blade. This way, the sharp edge is not at risk for slipping and cutting the web between the thumb and forefinger. Dave Canterbury has a good video about this. Loved the trick of tapping the point of the knife into a short section of wood and using it as a draw knife!
ОтветитьGood video to get ready for the bank runs and power grid blackouts
ОтветитьThe spine of the saw blade on a Victorinox swiss army knife is perfect for making sparks too.
ОтветитьWhats this knife
ОтветитьCurious to know what brand bushcraft knife that you are using?
ОтветитьWhat's the name of the knife? I didn't found it on your website.
ОтветитьTake a guess why hunters and actual outdoorsmen have nothing to do with bushcraft. Have a great year.
ОтветитьPlease make it like collection of small videos, like skill no 1, skill no 2,etc 😊😊😊

ОтветитьIt's nice to finally find a channel that gives facts and truths on this hobby and not just blurt out any old rubbish like the American channels do.
ОтветитьI was wondering why, after making these videos, you choose not to respond to people who take the trouble to view them and comment?
Does that mean I might as well unsubscribe myself?
Cheers.

ОтветитьBasic wilderness survival aught to be a required class. Altered for each region, along with a variety of more specialized courses being available. There are many courses that are more applicable to the world we now live in. But how can I possibly understand the world I live in now if I never get a glimpse of the world before?
ОтветитьAnyone who watched survivor man knows a lot of these and it’s good to see them in a tips video
ОтветитьGreat! Very informative and interesting tips.
ОтветитьYou only need is a Mora knife❤😊
Ответитьanother tip: dont buy a folding knife if you can help it. ive never seen a guy break a fixed blade, and ive seen guys break cheap and expensive folders alike in an afternoon.
ОтветитьWhat knife is that?
