We probably don’t realistically see the jougan until after after kawaki gets his full powers and all. It’s the final trump card thats why we haven’t seen it yet.

I imagine we'll see the Jougan when he is ready to control Momoshiki/Karma. Almost see it as a permanent method to allow him to use karma without consequences. So right now the best solution would be for Momoshiki to make a brief appearance to press Jura.

Boruto awakening the jougan during his first fight with jura? Eh, might be a bit too soon for that but makes more sense than kawaki coming to rescue him at that moment. Right now, boruto is not strong enough to take on jura and tbv is probably going to be a long running series so something interesting needs to happen that will keep boruto alive while not beating jura and keep jura interested in studying and observing him longer and not overshadow sarada's MS. (Also, several characters' develppments are dependent on jura being alive, around, and causing havoc, so boruto cannot beat jura so soon.) Boruto needs more time and more skills to earn something like a jougan and defeat jura - plus kawaki is not only still process of getting his limiters removed but has a lot of other relationships that need to be tackled in the series before addressing his relationship with boruto - so the quickest way is probably something like momoshiki having a tsundere softie moment and saving boruto from death by jura and kashin koji sneakily finding ways to help boruto escape jura without getting caught to not interfere with the "best possible route of deatiny and fate".

I know you're talking about Boruto and this is random but, I think now, idk why, but Vegeta deserves the name of King Vegeta. Goku might be more powerful but Vegeta is worthy of being the ruler after everything that's happened and all the things he's said and sacrificed

one more huge factor that is not being brought up, hasn’t everything that’s gone down from tbv 1-23 gone down in one day? No way this man isn’t low on gas regardless of being op asf, he used 2-3 uzuhikos, fought all shinju 1 on 1 and even got jumped at first without any knowledge of their abilities & had to spam hella stuff to survive pretty much (besides ryu) 1 shot kawaki, fought mitsuki, blasted by jura, beat up badly in interrogation, hit the future trunks special on matsuri, just hit jura with a rasengan, and uzuhiko, spams flying thunder god every 2 seconds + most likely a few other things he’s done in ONE DAY (not to mention he also had to particularly spam ftg to save Sarada and His sister and konohamaru

What if Boruto’s Jougan brings clarity to everyone being under Omnipotence? Since it is the pure eye. Maybe it will make people see things clearly

Can’t wait until momoshiki realizes that he could never awaken pure eye because he wasn’t pure. He was filled with rage and hatred he will only realize . When Boruto sacrifices himself for the greater good, because it’s the only way to save everyone else. In that moment boom pure eye awakens. Boruto takes over momoshikis control over his body and goes dummy on whoever he is fighting! Then after that moment just like the nine tails he was able to tame the beast and momoshiki looks at Boruto as his master.

If you look back to when The shinju awakened you see that Kashin Koji doesnt see everything perfectly. He was confused about the 10 tails disappearance but if he could see all futures he would have told Boruto to leave the mi ute they saw 10 tails disappearing.

We did see Boruto being able to travel through Dimensions with his Jougan without having to use the Karma. This could be his only chance to escape without Momoshiki taking over.

Man I’m sorry.. I just refuse to believe boruto/jura are on the level of isshiki and BM Naruto. Like.. Naruto’s punches were literally knocking the life force out of isshiki, a form so powerful it caused Kurama to die in the process.. if the Jogun appears in this chapter, then I think maybe that he’s not gonna be able to awaken it after cause he has no idea how he did it and eventually he’s gonna have to fight somebody maybe Kawaki and he tries to do it again and it ends up unleashing Momoshiki, and maybe that’s when Kawaki destroys the entire village and then maybe somehow Boruto wakes up and that’s when we’re at the scene at the beginning of the show. So like this would be the first manga reveal of it and then it wouldn’t come back until the scene in the first part of Boruto

If boruto is ostusuki DNA and when it time for ashura to reincarnated agian how is that gonna happen when boruto and sarada have they kids. Kashin Koji knows and saw his eye, but didn't tell him about it because he would be more reckless, and a higher chance of not awaken it.

I was hoping to see the jougan awaken as a counter to come back from the momoshiki tug of war to gain back his mental state.
