ОтветитьI've always wanted to try Qi Gong! I like that this video is short too, a great way to be introduced to Qi Gong with a gentle warm-up and exercises for beginners!! Going to save this and do it again later.

ОтветитьThis looks like one of those things you can practice forever and never perfect, not that it should be the goal, but there is always room for more calm and fluidity. My 9 year old daughter is watching over my shoulder going... this is awesome!!
