I also super appreciate this video as I pretty much found out my last 6 months as a caseworker, I have been doing everything in “poor quality” and got 10 pages on how bad I am. I have cried all day and didn’t know that this was even going to happen.
I do have most of next week off for personal things (like getting my hair dyed!) but it just really hurt me about the things my supervisor said about me and had never said to me before during any meeting we had weekly.
