I love watching twitch dreamers gifting or giving money. It makes my heart so happy yo see how people react. It's not even I think k the streamer is a good person after, ots fully about the people's reactions.

This is really late and I’m definitely not downplaying anything Charlie did here but I’m genuinely curious because I’m not familiar with Twitch. What happens when he gifts 50 subs but there’s only like 5 people watching? Does it go to random people not even in the stream? Or does it go to the streamers followers? Like what’s the benefit I guess. Again not shitting on Charlie’s acts of kindness I just genuinely don’t know anything about it
