Does anyone know how to reset cue on a 2012 cts? I get a faint beep every 10 seconds and have heard it’s due to a cue issue.

Thanks, my Cue screen as been frozen for about three months and they tell me at the dealership it will cost me a $125.00 get it checked out to see what the problem is.

I reset my caddilac and my whole music sounds like left turn lights u wouldnt hear no sound i think its the amplifier.. I hope does anybody got advice what to do???

It worked to a degree for me I accidentally hit the Sirius xm channel and can't get back to my other channels

My screen is black, we went on a long trip with our vehicle out in the heat and the screen won’t turn back on. I’m hoping this will fix it even though it’s not frozen really it’s just not turning on at all.

Hi there we have the Cadillac SRX 2014 and the issues that we are having is the reverse camera is not working properly. when backing up you will see the red line on black screen. You wont see the actual ground at all. Why is that? Is that means we need to replaced the camera? thanks!

What if the cue door will not open. How do you fix that? Everything works on my 2015 xts cue except the cue door will not open nor will the functions on the cue door work.

Ill be dammed….worked like a charm after a dead battery!!!

Sorry, this did not work for my 2016 SRX. Tried twice. Odd, only the center bottom two icons are frozen, also all screen calibration dots work, except the center one. Thanks anyway.

Thank you so very much! It worked pefectly! I have a 2013 Cadillac ATS and for several months I was only able to listen to the radio, I could not use the navigation system or the cd player. However, I just watched this video, pull my car out of the garage and followed your instructions. Within less than five minutes, all is working. I pressed the audio button and my last CD starting blasting, which was "I Got the Victory" by Yolanda Adams. It was music to my ears. Again, thank you so much for what you do!

followed every step and my 2016 ATS did all the same things he described, and mine is still frozen on the "warning Taking you eyes off blah blah blah". It didn't do this until I put a fresh battery on it.
