As long as its a run and you are sweating , all ways are the correct way. A runner would just learn by himself by continuous practise.

At least, that's how, as a beginner, you are able to check on your foot movement + other stuff coming in between the path.
Otherwise, body posture should be straight and correct, as shown in the clip!
