Hi Mike and hi Pop's nice video 📹 and workmanship
ОтветитьOrange and Blue is good. I like both, and the way they look together.
ОтветитьMight not be perfect, but in the camera eye it sure looks like OEM
ОтветитьYOU KEEP SAYING FAR FROM PERFECT BUT I HAVE BEEN WATCHING THIS SINCE THE BEGINING AND I HAVE TO SAY ITS LOOKING GREAT AND I WOULD BE HONORED TO BE SEEN CRUISING ANY CAMPGROUND IN THAT... KEEP IT UP GREAT WORK...
ОтветитьNo on the orange and blue in the camper, unless you like Blippi?!
Ответить👍🌟🌟👍
ОтветитьExcellent job as always, gentlemen.
ОтветитьDefinitely agree with the orange inside 👌
ОтветитьAmazing job. It’s been fun to watch and while you may not be “professionals”, your level of work is amazing. Growing up in the 70’s-80’s I remember seeing these around as a kid and always thought they were special compared to normal campers. As an adult I know I was correct. Doing a 20% tint on the side and rear windows would be a game changer. You still have great unobstructed views during the day, but it will be keep the camper waaaaay cooler, give some privacy, keep your great views, and make it look cool from the outside. Then at night you can draw the blinds. And retro orange done right would be cool.
ОтветитьGet a Budget Buidz magnet made, scaled to size in order to cover the Fridge dents!!!!
ОтветитьY'all do make a good team! This has been almost as satisfying to watch as the Targa
ОтветитьCurious to know what the end weight of the camper with all the new equipment and all those wood panels will be when compared with the original. A diesel conversion would for sure be a neat thing, that big block must be a true fuel guzzler! Keep the great work, love your content ♥
ОтветитьI can still remember the home made rotisserie for the Porsche project. All out of wood 😂😂
ОтветитьGreat job..
ОтветитьAwesome job guys 💪
ОтветитьLooking good! Orange on blue is good. I'm not a fan of all white. I recently did some refurb on a travel trailer. I left as much of the original wood panel I could. What was bad, I painted colors that were kinda what would have sorta been close to that era. It is a 70s trailer so it got some avocado green in the kitchen and lignt yellow in the bathroom. Love how it's turning out.
ОтветитьI'm really enjoying this build. Its look real good.
ОтветитьBottle opener!!!
ОтветитьBudget buildz when is we going to get a update video for the camper rv
ОтветитьPut more dents in the door, hammered finish. A piece of art.
ОтветитьLooks great guys! I’m really enjoying this camper build/restoration! One of the best channels I’ve been following!
Ответить😊👍
ОтветитьAbout the fridge doors. How about body filler and sand them, then vinyl rapping, or paint them?
ОтветитьYour woodwork is amazing don't mess it up with orange upholstery
ОтветитьSaw another one of these recently in AZ
ОтветитьOrange blue tan and brown on inside
ОтветитьAre you and your dad the same age??
ОтветитьIf you're going to do blue on orange, mix a bit of orange paint into the blue. They are complementary colors so they naturally clash unless you mix a tiny bit of one color into the other. Mixing a bit of orange into the blue will soften the blue a bit and it will be perfect. Otherwise, you'll be a Boise State or Broncos fan.
ОтветитьWould bondo work on the fridge door and repaint it... Maybe orange.
ОтветитьNomally I am only a viewer and a liker and I do not comment, but I would like to say that this is one of my favorite channels, especially with this camper, what a cool project. continue the good work. Greetings from the Netherlands
ОтветитьCan you put a Cummins on these? How about make it a hybrid? This project has turned to be your best,,,are you operating the stove with ppropane? ( Ohh Noo)
ОтветитьNice work; for so called amateurs, you guys are doing a great job - looking forward to the next video.
ОтветитьWhy…do you…talk…like…this? Stop singing your words! It can be very annoying at times!
ОтветитьWhat a great restoration! Come to Vermont for fall foliage in your restored camper!
ОтветитьRust/orange is nice!
ОтветитьThis project is really coming together! Love it!
Ответитьplease paint the white orange!
ОтветитьGreat build. A couple of suggestions for the dented freezer door. Obviously you can go decorative or functional. If you just go for decoration, then find something that covers it. My preference is to go functional or multi functional. You can get large sections of Velcro, that you can cut to size and secure the "hook" side to the door with adhesive. Now you have a panel that can be used to fix moral patches, a small white board or anything else you can think of. If you go with a white board, you can add Velcro backed pen loops to hold the dry erase pens and add some Velcro, "loop" to a dry eraser as well. And as the board is removeable, you can quickly take it down and put it on the counter to write on.
Can't wait for the next episode!
Very poor choice, impossible to work on during a road side brake-down, impossible to find transmission parts takes a special engine cradle tool to remove engine through the cab of the RV….
ОтветитьNow find a way to secure the refrigerator doors while moving--or they WILL fly open!
ОтветитьOrange and Blue combos are fantabulous!
Love all the work that you and your dad have put into this, and how it is coming along! Loving all of it!
Makes me jealous I cannot find something similar and start my own rebuild RV project!
Just a suggestion you shouldn’t glue the panels to the frames they should be floating so they have some room to expand and contract.
ОтветитьThat was a lot of fucking around.
You guys get a thata boy from me.
That's a Michael Scott TV if I ever seen one. :D
ОтветитьWhere is the grey water tank on these, underneath the motorhome?
ОтветитьNice !😊
ОтветитьYou can buy wooden plugs for your pocket screws that glue in place and fill the holes where they show when you open the door.
