Why only 5 minutes?
Ответить彼女の呼吸のペースは早いし、情報過多。
情報を伝えているからしょうがないけど
Thank you for this, I actually needed this for my guided meditation, guess I finally found my missing piece
Ответитьblah bla bla
ОтветитьShame about the adverts in the middle. Time to do some mindfulness practice.
ОтветитьWonderful, thank you for this!
Ответитьthank you
ОтветитьDont breath from the mouth :)
ОтветитьOh dear.... why has this now got an advert in the middle of the breathing exercise......
ОтветитьThe simple task of regulating breathing can have a tremendous impact on mental health. Stress, anxiety, and their consequent health issues are such a big issue in our society, and taking this small step can make a difference. As a medical school student, I experience high levels of stress on a near constant basis. The simple act of taking five minutes to stop and focus on my breathing, or just going outside and getting some fresh air, makes a world of difference. There are numerous studies on the benefits of breathing exercises for a wide range of pathological conditions. As a future osteopathic physician, I’ll encourage my patients to avail themselves of meditative breathing exercises, for their physiological, emotional, and spiritual benefit. The principle of beneficence dictates that I do the best I can for all of my patients, part of which entails treating the whole person with any and all beneficial modes of treatment.
ОтветитьI want to use this medium to thank and recommend Dr. Aluda who cured me and my partner Herpes Virus with his natural herbal supplements that I ordered from him. is specialized in curing Shingles, HPV, Warts, Hepatitis A&B, Cold Sores and many more.
ОтветитьThank you for this video. I already do a focusing on the breath exercise every morning, but in a much simpler and shorter way. I use to ground and take four deep breathes. Four, because it is the number of nature. Takin in new power with the inhale, and pushing out all anxiety, fear and weakness out with the exhale. Well, after this video I am thinking about to improve that exercise. Thank you for the guidence.
Ответитьshes just stealing hindu concepts like the rest of them do
ОтветитьLearn the middle pillar and Qabalistic cross exercises. Inhale four, hold 4, exhale 4, and hold 4. Repeat.
This will change your life!
Well my lady . Visit to India. Still lot of work need on your breath work. Love from India
ОтветитьNamaste 😂 you all realise that this just means ‘alright mate’ or ‘hi’ it’s a casual greeting hilarious but a fitting way to end the BS. This TED talk she has just lifted from a headspace app or something similar mindfulness £10 a month subscription job. I meditate and I’m not dismissing it but this is just awful.
ОтветитьThis is my favorite meditational video
Ответить😅Good Reminder also Praying to 🙏✝️☮️God is meditating
ОтветитьI feel sorry for the one lady who isn't participating.
ОтветитьWhat a shame talk
ОтветитьIn india this is called simply pranayama
ОтветитьI heard many talkers on TEDx. And most people are useless. For example we can take this one. She is talking all non sense. Just to watch our breath is enough not need of any imagination
ОтветитьGood exercise, thx! Remarkably enough, the lady in charge is not exactly relaxed. A learning point for her too ;)
ОтветитьWith all due respects, this is the same as the Pranayamam, a part of SandhyaVandanam which is to be performed 3 times a day, by every indian who follows the traditional way of life. In each sitting, 16 Pranayamams are mandated, and one more Pranayamam during another short ritual called the Brahmayagnyam. Altogether 49 Pranayamams are mandated every day. Instead of counting, one has to mentally chant the longer form of Gayatri Mantra. For concentration, one focuses on the image of Gayatri Devi. If done properly, the rejuvenation one feels is experiencial. It cannot be described in words. Since the stomach muscles are fully compressed and expanded, the action pumps the lymphatic fluid very well. The lymphatic system is a part of the immune system, which protects us from diseases. It has no pump like the heart, only our abdominal muscles force the circulation. I could give close care to my Covid afflicted, 90 year old mother, without getting affected by Covid myself. I didn't even feel tired. This is to share experiences, and bring out the wisdom in our heritage practices. I believe the West renames our practices, and sells the knowledge back to us. It is better to do our own research, and rediscover ourselves.
Ответитьgood👌
ОтветитьWe cant compromise with all sorts of coping mechanisms like this forever. Something has to give, either humanity itself or in worst case most of the life on this planet. Its time to realize how capitalism is the main stressor here, and start to think about something new and better that can replace it
ОтветитьWe’ve become a crazy world to have to come to this
ОтветитьSo she is doing Pranayama from Indian Yoga.
ОтветитьPranayam
ОтветитьMeditation. This is basically what she’s teaching. :)
ОтветитьHow do I breath
How do I drink water
How do I sleep
How do I eat
How do I take a dump
And you ask yourself, how did I get here? TalkingHeads
breathing helps in realizing the self and gives satisfaction
Ответить👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
ОтветитьI wouldn't even try to concentrate on breaths while she walking the dogs in front of me.
ОтветитьGood speech excellent conversation work
ОтветитьThank you 😇
ОтветитьTHIS IS MORE THAN BREATHING. AWESOME
Ответитьnice
Ответить🦋This is more than breathing….it’s mindfulness. Lovely. 🧘🏾♀
ОтветитьI think Its baby AnaPan from Vipassana Meditation, but the question is....if a person doesn't continue after having done for couple of months?
ОтветитьVery good, sort of mixture of hypnosis & meditation. Enjoyed it!
ОтветитьGood to see that world is learning Vedic knowledge and experience benefit 👏
ОтветитьHahaha 😂😂😂
Copying Indian yoga with different name
😂😂😂😂
Our breath is one of the most powerful tools we have that is readily available to us when we need it. Thanks for sharing this to the world!
ОтветитьYaa, steal the concepts of Ayurveda and Yoga and call it by your western names. It's weird that western world denies ayurveda and yoga and then starts following it without even appreciating it. 😂
Ответитьgreat talk - for me and my coaching clients the topic breath is such important that I wrote a book about it 'just breathe toolbox' - it helps so many people to deal with many problems, physically, psychologically, emotionally or mentally - only by taking a few minutes per day, focused on the breath
ОтветитьThis yog Nidra mini version
ОтветитьImagine doing this in the pool/jacuzzi... 😉
Yes, with your head sticking out.
Sit quietly with your eyes closed for 5 minutes and you'll
feel more relaxed .? Wow ! Who knew ??!
