For those asking about freezing the meals, you can freeze the egg muffins, chicken, salmon, creamed spinach, and even the vegetables for the burrito bowl. Just make sure you defrost it before reheating.

I only need an UPPLAGA big bowl from Ikea, with an apple, 2 celery stalks, half a lemon, one orange, half a cucumber, half red bell pepper, salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar, oils, pecan nuts & avocado! That's all I eat in an evening!!!Meer moet dat niet zijn!!!!LESS IS MORE!!!haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaha!

Thank you so much for these receipts they are delicious and easy to do I only do 2 meals per week and divide them into a smaller container because I’m fasting and I’m calorie deficit and I’m good I’m not hungry like crazy and I’m loosing weight slowly but not that slow 😅and I share with my coworker. She loves it too 😊❤. Keep doing more receipts they are great oh I add mushrooms to the Creamy Tuscan chicken pasta. I also add turmeric for inflammation. Thanks again ❤God Bless you and your family.

ОтветитьGirl from Australia here - just wondering how big your containers are? In litres please. I clicked on your links for Amazon and I think they are one litre each but they look so much bigger in your videos. Not able to get Amazon in our small rural area so will buy alternates but just didn’t want to waste money on too small or too large ones as they are a bit exe out here. Cheers!
