This is a Sacramento pride song. Sacramento is the capital of California and my lifelong home. It's a beautiful city full of culture that is too often overlooked. I'm working on an EP called Born and Raised which is dedicated to Sacramento. I've always wanted to see the world and I'm going to be leaving soon, so I wanted to extract everything I love about this city and process all my feeling surrounding leaving it, then put it all on a record.
