I can empathize with the 'every plush toy has a soul' and I need something just in case. I think it has to do an insecure upbringing.

The chuck it philosophy of the show is wasteful. Why not improve their own storage at home and absorb the treasured items back into their lives. The vase is of high quality.

The space is available in the unit, you're already paying for it, why wouldn't you put your empty boxes, required for warranty in that available space you pay for? The host is a bit over the top.

Carol: Colorful warm collection she loves. Gets treated like she's a silly child.

Debbie: Cold colorless reproduction junk she has zero connection to. Gets treated like she's a "normal" adult.

I don't understand why you constantly try and push people to throw things away in landfill every episode. Sell, Donate, Keep I can understand but maybe anything that is still serviceable and not broken could be offered on Freecycle instead or simply given away online.

These UK people are lightweights when it comes to “hoarding”. Having a half full skinny storage unit is nothing compared to the American ones who are literally climbing hills to go from room to room.

I’ve been collecting plushies since childhood, I love them all and I will never part with them, no matter what others may approve or not....and I am just a regular grown mother and spouse.

This is not hoarding and no wonder the NHS doesn't recognise true hoarding as a serious health issue.

all they showed was half a dozen plushies on a bed and a packed shelf, I see no hoarding. The merch they tried to sell her looks so bad, I prefer the cute stuff she got already.

Reminds me when I was buying a stuffed Miffy toy but I couldn't reach it on the shelf. This lovely sales guy got it down for me and said "it'll make a lovely gift :D unless it's for you hahaha"
