I'm still in my 20s but people have always said that I dress like an "old woman" so watching your videos has really helped me to start considering what I value in my personal style and how I can marry together my young-ish age and my love for more classic, structured, pieces that a lot of people my age don't consider trendy. My most cherished garment is a red tartan mini kilt. Many people have told me that it encapsulates my personality perfectly. My kilt is getting old and tired, however, and I've decided to replace it with a custom-made quality kilt straight from Scotland. It's not going to be cheap at all, but I know I'll wear it every week for as long as I can.

I get told I age like fine 🍷 wine . Lol however I feel like I dress like I'm stuck at 25 years old. Idk where to start. I'm 34 years old single mom of 3 kids 6,12,13. I don't like to wear heels of any sort due to injuries with my ankles skatebording as a kid. I used to wear band tanks with holy jeans ,sneakers , natural make up and I had long brown hair to my butt. Before three kids. Now - I don't know where to start I feel like nothing fits me right I just don't know where to start I wear a 10w in women's jeans for curvy. All else I have no clue. Any advice. Also dont have the time to go out and shop. And don't have time to drive out and return. Any online places you would recommend to shop ? Thanks in advance.

I’m 26, newly married and newly mommied :) my personal style has evolved a ton since I was 15 and began shopping for my own clothes. As a teen I tried out extreme and different styles trying to find where I “fit” and had little to no body positivity, which kept me from wearing lots of clothes I wished I could because I wouldn’t look “right”. Now I have a TON of confidence and a better sense of what works for ME, without much attention to the current style or fad. Thrifting is the best for unique pieces and I’ve found so many quality brands with tags still attached for a teeny fraction of the price! I like good quality materials and I like to look polished and put together always. I still enjoy my mini skirts, but now I wear midi length with confidence!

First time on your channel... I love your content, watching from Los Angeles. Yesterday, I went to Equinox, a $300 a month gym. I was wearing a gym-shorts-set. The manager said that I don't need Equinox, bec I had the body of a 20 yr old... I'm 61, 95 lbs and 4'11" height. Wear what you want, and forget your age. Oh, I swim nonstop a mile a day, freestyle. Other swimmers in their 20s and 30s are always asking for my phone #, I kid you not. I wear bikinis and shorts a lot! I'm telling you these to inspire, not to brag, lol. Have fun!

It’s so cringey to me when 30 year old women try to stay in the style of late teens-early 20s gals. Especially when they have children. I always think in my head “can you please dress your age🙄”

I wanted to look up for smth to change my style that would make me look like my age (20) coz most people tell me I look like a teenager and this is getting annoying~

But you just reminded me that I have to go for what my heart really wants and what makes me feel really ME.

I’ve never cared that much about people and I can’t think of a time that I changed myself because of people’s opinions over me.

But I’ve thought about it few times, like.. what if I change smth in me so that people wouldn’t be so annoying and see me as someone that I’m not (a teenager) and I just sometimes want people to see me as the 20 year old me that I’m!~~ every time I meet new people My look becomes the subject of their conversation and I just hate it~ like can we just talk without mentioning about my look?🙄 BUT! Feeling like me and being truly me and confident with my style and with what I like to wear is what makes me the happiest at the end of a day~! It’s not like if I try to match with people’s expectations over me I’ll get any happier.
