After writing msoobe. User id and password doesn't pop up. Please help

If anybody issue is not solving then try this one.
Install window again but during installation window at partition page, delete/format all partitions, make new partition and install window on this.
Issue will sovle InshaAllah.

I had to use keys shift + fn + F10 in order to get the command prompt
