Installing RTi Core v1.7.0 Enigma 2 on Azbox Premium HD (tutorial)

This is a small tutorial where you can see how I install the RTi Core image on an Azbox Premium HD. This can also be installed on a HD+, it's the same procedure.
I did this because of the bad official software/firmware.
The box is responding a lot better now.

I make use of the following software:
7Zip to unpack archives like *.rar and/or *.zip files (it's free).

You also need a USB memory stick that is formatted as fat32.
