Charlamange's Kingdom, a large HO scale model of Germany, in Helen, GA also shut down. I stopped by Roadside America just after they closed. I was on the way to Northlandz in New Jersey. I love roadside attractions.

I remember stopping there one year with my parents and brother coming back up to Jersey from Tennessee one year. That's not too far from Carlisle Pennsylvania if I remember right.

I went there when I was a kid. I loved seeing the geese and the model displays. I’m surprised the geese are still there.

Maybe they could preserve the signs at a local museum, display them on the side of a building downtown or somehow in a public park? Probably would have to be inside to avoid tagging though.

I miss that place

I look forward to your videos, but this one brought a tear to my eye. I loved Roadside America. Before you move to Florida, you should do a video about the old prison in Jim Thorpe.
