Discovered this song right when I coming clean of Opiates and this opened my eyes. Now whenever I think of relapsing I play this song and instantly transports me to that exact time and I realize I’m way better off in life and family now than I was. This song has been the biggest help in staying sober for now 5 years. I don’t where I’d be without music

ОтветитьThe track seems to be about the internal struggle of coping with mental pain or emotional distress. The singer admits to feeling a sense of detachment and disorientation, trying to put on a brave face while feeling overwhelmed. The chorus speaks to the idea of finding temporary relief from the pain through a lie or escapism, represented by the "white pills" mentioned in the lyrics. Despite being aware of the temporary nature of this solution, the singer feels trapped and unable to break free from their suffering.
The second verse suggests a sense of resignation and a pattern of giving up ("every time I quit"), perhaps indicating an ongoing battle with depression or anxiety. The repeated refrain "It takes my pain away" emphasizes the importance of finding ways to cope with intense feelings and emotions, even if those methods may not be healthy in the long-term.
Overall, the song reflects a struggle with inner demons and a desire to find relief from pain, even if it means resorting to unhealthy coping mechanisms. The lyrics capture the complexities of mental health issues and the difficulty of breaking free from negative patterns of thought and behavior.
Y pensar qe estos tipos rocanroleros dominaron .. Un buen tiempo..
Y el género urbano ahora domina con creces..
