ОтветитьI did need the cleansing! Feeling absorbed by my human rights cause and depleted because of the little impact I feel I am making! However, the rinse did work. I felt inspired to take a different approach to post something. I truly felst inspired and wrote with easy something coming from the bottom of my being, either people feel touched or not!

ОтветитьHello guyz. Im back. For a long time i delay to do yoga but this time. I hope for today im here and back. Yoga feelss good yoga makes my body and soul makes better. Even though i dont do it sometimes. I guess its about i dont consider my self needs. I reject them. Its about self love actually. Due to a big loss i stoped self love i guess. But and of the day you become with just yourself. If you dont look after yourself, nobody can do: Even if they try to. You are the one you need. Only you can know what you excatly need. Dont get it wrong, im not the expert but i write it to myself just in here in support of you maybe. Adriene gives the courage to love yourself. What she does is not just about the body, its about self love i think.
Whatever, i love being around here and write something down. It just makes me feel less lonely. There is people just like me i see. Thank you
My fiance: “You are sad and I think moving would help you. Go do the yoga with the lady with the relaxing voice. I like hearing her voice too.” 😂❤️ He was right!

ОтветитьIt's been a few years practicing yoga and, nonetheless, every time I come back to my practice space there is something new. It makes me glad because it means that even when I feel stuck, I am still learning thus I am not that stuck. Also, it means to me that I keep being a Sanyasin, meaning I will not soon enough feel like a perfected "master" who's ego and boredom might get into the way. Today by something as simple as Adriene saying lift the knee cups and inmediately telling us to look up. I noticed that by repositioning my lower back due to the knee lifting, I was less likely to neck injury that I'm prone to due to my joint hyperflexibility. And today was the first time that I remember looking up (sending my head back) without pain or fear of hurting my neck. Also, despite I started the practice energy low, distracted, anxious and impatient. By the end of it I felt relaxed and focused, noticing that in fact I had been slowly acumulating a lot of emotional baggage that was slowing me down to the point of not being able to do almost anything during the day (like waking up in the morning and spending the day without knowing how I spent all of its hours without doing much more than walking the dogs, cooking and doing my yoga practice, if so) and acumulating lots of things to do. I also felt glad I could do all head standing positions without putting too much pressure over my neck or top of my head, and relative ease to my column and thighs, too. I could even grab my big toes and put my head on the floor without loosing balance, and rather straightening my column and lifting my boot to the sky to counter balance and not put all the weight in front. Also, it was one of the few times that despite doing a lot of inverted positions, everytime I came up I did not feel dizzy or unstable (which is huge for me). At two points I could also finally feel the wave of energy Adriene always mentions after inverted positions (but I never felt until now). At some point I could even see and experience in my head (with eyes closed) yellow flames coming my face to the level of my eyes.
ОтветитьThis is life changing work you’re doing. After the final pose, my entire body started shaking uncontrollably and I completely broke down. It was a little scary just because I wasn’t expecting it but that is exactly what this video is meant to do - detoxify your body. Whether that’s physically or emotionally. I needed this more than I could have ever known. Thank you, Adriene!!
